Football Brownie Recipes
As noted in our previous post, dessert is a necessity for Super Bowl Sunday. And to be more specific, we believe brownies are at the top of the list of game day treats, right below a good ol’ carton of Arctic Buzz of course. Brownies, while they’re delicious on their own, also go perfectly with vodka-infused ice cream, which is why we’re providing you with some absolutely mouth-watering brownie and blondie recipes. Serve up these little squares of chocolatey, buttery goodness with a bit of Arctic Buzz to make the most of game day.
Rolo Stuffed Blondies
Recipe adapted from Delish
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 Sticks unsalted butter, softened
-1 1/4 c. sugar
-2 large eggs
-2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
-2 c. all-purpose flour
-1/2 tsp. kosher salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-20 Rolos, unwrapped
-1/2 c. Caramel
-1/2 c. melted chocolate
-Vanilla Arctic Buzz
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350°, grease an 8×8 cake pan
-In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla, beat until combined.
-In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Whisk to combine.
-Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until just mixed in.
-Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan, then place Rolos onto batter, about a 1/2” apart. Press Rolos into the dough slightly.
-Bake for 27-30 min. until golden. Let cool, drizzle with caramel and melted chocolate. Slice into squares, top with Vanilla Arctic Buzz and serve!
S’Mores Brownies

Ingredients:
-6 graham crackers
-1 box of your favorite brownie mix (and ingredients it calls for)
-1 cup chopped Hershey’s bars
-1 10 oz. bag of marshmallows
-Vanilla Arctic Buzz
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9”-x-9” baking pan with cooking spray
-Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers
-Follow brownie mix recipe & add in chopped Hershey bars to the batter
-Pour batter over graham crackers, bake until almost done (about 35 min.)
-Remove from oven & top with marshmallows, bake for another 20-25 min. until marshmallows are golden and brownies are cooked through
-If desired, turn over to broil and broil for 2 min
-Let cool for 10 min., cut into squares, and serve with a scoop of Arctic Buzz!
Brown Butter Blondies
Recipe adapted from Fifteen Spatulas
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-5 oz cup all-purpose flour by weight (1 cup)
-3/4 tsp baking powder
-3/4 tsp salt
-8 oz light brown sugar by weight (1 cup)
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3/4 cup chopped walnuts
-Vanilla Arctic Buzz for topping
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350° & line 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
-To make brown butter: Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat, cook until brown (about 5 min.) Pour brown butter into mixing bowl, let cool slightly
-Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt to combine
-Add both sugars to brown butter, mix on medium speed until well-combined (about 2 min.) Add eggs and beat for another 2 min. until mixture has lightened in color. Add vanilla and beat for 30 more seconds.
-With mixer on low, add flour mixture and stop mixing right before flour disappears
-Add chopped walnuts and stir by hand until flour is fully mixed in
-Pour whole mixture into the pan and bake for 35-40 min.
-Cool and cut into squares, then top with a scoop of Arctic Buzz
-Serve & enjoy!
Touchdown Brownies
Ingredients:
-1 box of your favorite brownie mix (and ingredients that the recipe calls for)
-White decorating icing
-Vanilla Arctic Buzz
Directions:
-Follow box recipe
-Take brownies out of oven, let cool, then cut into football shape either with a knife or football cookie cutter
-Decorate top of the brownie with white icing to look like football lace
-Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Arctic Buzz and enjoy!
